Terms

  • All quotes are valid for a period of 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices quoted are based on current material prices. Unexpected increases occur from time to time.  Should there be such an increase, quotes will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Prices quoted are subject to availability of stock.
  • Upon acceptance of the quote, an 80% deposit (and in some cases, full payment) is required as standard before work is commenced.  Any balance owing is strictly payable upon completion.
  • Light Boxes / Illuminated Signs quotes exclude electrical connection.
  • All jobs are COD unless otherwise arranged with management.
  • EZ Signs is VAT registered.
  • Card payments accepted.
  • No refund requests will be entertained. Credit will be passed and the client will remain in credit.

Artwork

  • When supplying artwork, please supply as a print-ready .cdr, .ai, .psd or an open .pdf file.  
  • EZ Signs charges a once-off fee of R 350.00 for any new artwork, or adjustments to existing artwork.
  • Said artwork remains the property of EZ Signs until requested.  Artwork will only be released once this fee has been paid.
  • The onus is on the client to ensure that all aspects of the artwork – the layout, colours, and contact details etc. are correct prior to printing.  
  • EZ Signs cannot be held responsible for errors once printing has commenced.  
  • Confirmation of artwork is only accepted by email or signed proof.  No verbal or mobile messaging will be accepted as confirmation.  

Disclaimer

  • EZ Signs will not be held responsible for any council plans or submissions.
  • EZ Signs cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during the removal of any existing media/artwork from ANY surface and the client understands and accepts the risks involved in such removal.  EZ Signs cannot accept any form of liability for this.
